Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once shipped, orders to the Lower 48 arrive within 5-7 business days; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping is priced by weight for orders shipping to the Lower 48 (the contiguous states and DC). The rate is based on the total weight of your order, using the table below.
- Orders of $60 or more ship free (Lower 48), whatever they weigh.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO addresses ship at a flat $16.00, whatever the order weighs or totals. The free shipping on orders of $60 or more does not apply to them.

Refunds Policy
AllPeople will provide refunds on orders that have items that are defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item.
To qualify for a refund, the customer must start a refund request within 30 days of order placement via help@store.allpeoplemarketplace.com.
